Meeting Room Rentals

The Verdugo Hills Council Meeting Room is ideal for your committee meeting, training session, or networking event!

 

  • Open to Scouting and non-Scouting groups

  • Upstairs from the Scout Shop, the meeting room includes one main room with two breakout rooms plus restroom

  • 45 chairs and 5 folding tables in the main room

  • 4 chairs and 1 table in each breakout room

  • Includes kitchenette and refrigerator

  • Owl teleconference system

  • TV (screencasting or USB connection - please supply your own cord)

  • Whiteboard with markers

  • Capacity: 75

 

The minimum rental period is 1 hour. Reservations may begin as early as 8:00 AM and end as late as 8:00 PM, Saturday through Thursday. Area must be completely cleaned and vacated by the end of the agreed hour.
  • Reservation with full payment required 1 week prior to your event.

  • $75 per hour

  • A $150 security deposit is required 10 days prior to arrival.

  • Non-Scouting groups must provide a current certificate of insurance liability with minimum general coverage.

  • Scouting and non-Scouting groups must sign the VHC Room Rental Agreement, below.
