VHC Camporee 2026, 10/9-10/11

That's no Moon! The Empire is secretly building a device that could take all the fun out of Scouting! Come join the Scout Alliance and help us collect the plans to stop it!

 

Camporee is designed to emphasize the Patrol method and allow Scouts to put their outdoor skills to use. Patrols will be tested with a series of challenging and fun competitions including Range & Target sports, Codebreaking, Fire building, and a C.O.P.E. (Challenging Outdoor Personal Experience) course to help our Scout Alliance save the fun!

Registration by TROOP only. No provisional Scouts.

Cost: $35 per participant or adult leader

 

Participant registration is restricted to Scoutmasters or other adult leaders signing up a group of Scouts on the troop Tentaroo account. Scoutmasters, see registration directions in the red box below.

If you are a Scout or parent of a Scout who wants to participate, talk to your Scoutmaster about signing up.

REGISTRATION

Deadline is 5:00 PM, October 2nd, 2026.

 

Scoutmasters: 

1.) Download and review the Tentaroo Registration Guide - VHC Camporee 2026. The guide provides instructions on the Camporee registration process. 

2.) To register your patrol, contact Camping and Activities Registar Wendy Tateishi at Wendy.Tateishi@Scouting.org. You must provide the following:

  • Troop # and Council
  • Tentaroo Account Username
  • Name of Scoutmaster
  • Number of Youth Participants and Ranks
  • Number of Adult Participants
  • Number of Patrols
  • Serious allergies, dietary restrictions, and special needs of participants.
  • Indicate any needs your patrol will have, or if your unit is helping with this event.

3.) Patrols are registered upon payment.

4.) Patrols should be prepared!

  • Review the VHC "Scout Alliance" Camporee 2026 Handbook, available soon.
  • Download all required forms under the REQUIRED VHC CAMPOREE DOCUMENTS menu (see the top right corner of this page) and distribute as necessary. Bring the completed forms to Camporee.
