Scouts BSA and Venturers, earn up to two of the merit badges listed above.
Date: Saturday, April 5th, 2025
Location: Boys and Girls Club of Burbank and Greater East Valley, 300 E Angeleno Ave, Burbank, CA 91502
Schedule:
- 8:00 am - Check in
- 8:15 am - Flags and Instruction
- 8:30 am to 12:25 pm Morning Session
- 12:30 to 1 pm - Lunch

Bring a sack lunch and a water bottleSnacks will be provided

- 1:05 pm to 5 pm - Afternoon Session
Cost: $ 45
Required Forms: Annual Health and Medical Record Forms, Parts A, B1, B2. Be sure to include copies of insurance cards and all adult signatures.

| Emergency Preparedness | Morning only, limit 10 Scouts. | Print a copy of the workbook and bring a signed blue card. |
| First Aid | Choose Morning or Afternoon, limit 8 Scouts per session. | Before the event, complete Req. #1 - Demonstrate to your counselor that you have current knowledge of all first aid requirements for Tenderfoot, Second Class, and First Class ranks. |
| Genealogy | Choose Morning or Afternoon, limit 20 Scouts per session. | Print a copy of the workbook and bring a signed blue card. |
| Moviemaking | Session is all-day, so if selected, Scouts may only take this one merit badge. Limit 10 Scouts. | Print a copy of the workbook and bring a signed blue card. |
| Personal Management | Afternoon only, limit 15 Scouts. | This session begins at 1 pm. Scout will receive a partial completion at this event until the Scout contacts the counselor after 13 weeks (budgeting and financial literacy requirements). |
| Sustainability | Morning only, limit 15 Scouts. | Print a copy of the workbook and bring a signed blue card. Bring a pen and an IPad, laptop or phone to conduct research. |
| Traffic Safety | Choose Morning or Afternoon, limit 20 Scouts per session. | Print a copy of the workbook and bring a signed blue card. |
